Update on operational disruptions
We continue to make progress in restoring our systems and operations, following last month’s cybersecurity attack. As we previously reported, we believe the unauthorized activity has been contained and we are reintegrating the systems that were taken offline. On Sept. 25, we began the process of transitioning back to automated order processing as we process, stage, ship and invoice customers. All manufacturing sites are now operational, and we are ramping up production and working to restock trade inventories. We are focusing on maximizing shipments and restocking trade inventories.
We appreciate the patience and support of our customers and suppliers as we work to fully restore normal operations.
